Abbey Street, Ballinrobe and formerly of Manor Village, Castlebar and Collacoon, Louisburgh - unexpectedly at his home in his 99th year.
Predeceased by his loving wife Mary Catherine née Moran, his parents Timothy and Julia née McNamara, his brothers Johnny (Castlebar), Timothy (Chicago), Paddy (Chicago), Tommy Joe (Chicago), Larry (England), Anna (Tralee), his granddaughter Paula Maria Kearns (Ballinrobe), his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
He will be sadly missed by his sons Michael (Ballinrobe and Germany), Kieran (Louisburgh), his daughter Alma Kearns (Ballinrobe), son-in-law Paul (Ballinrobe), daughter-in-law Gabrielle (Germany), his grandchildren Tom and Anna (Germany), his sister Mary Ball (Tooreen Lodge, Louisburgh), nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Mick will repose in Navin's Funeral Home, Mill Street, Westport on Thursday, 1st December from 5pm with removal at 6.30pm to St. Patrick's Church, Louisburgh arriving at 7.15pm.
Mick will be laid to rest in Kilgeever Cemetery after 11am Funeral Mass on Friday, 2nd December.
