Bridget Berry (better known as Bridgie),
8 McHale Road, Castlebar and formerly of Carrowniskey, Louisburgh and the Sacred Heart Hospital, Castlebar - peacefully at Mayo University Hospital on Tuesday, 21st February 2023.
Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Margaret Berry and her daughter Margaret, her brothers Tony and James and her brother-in-law Johnny.
She will be sadly missed by her much loved sisters Julia (Castlebar) and Mary Catherine Durkan (Askelane, Louisburgh) and her brother John (Carrowniskey, Louisburgh), her nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Bridgie will repose in Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar on Thursday, 23rd February from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
Her funeral will arrive at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar (via McHale Road) on Friday morning for Funeral Mass at 11.30am.
Afterwards Bridgie will be laid to rest in the New Cemetery, Newport Road, Castlebar.
