James ‘Jimmy’ Munnelly,

Ballinaglough, Snugboro, Castlebar - peacefully on 17th January 2024, surrounded by his family, in the loving care of the Mayo Hospice.

Jimmy MunnellyPredeceased by his sons David and Francis and his parents Edward and Mary Munnelly (Milebush,  Castlebar).

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Margaret “Do Do”, sons Declan and Shane, daughters Sharon and Aisling and their partners, his daughter-in-law Sinead Ruane, grandchildren Amber, David, Ava, Nathan and Mason.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken brothers Paddy, Eamon (London) and Stephen, his sisters Mary Gallagher (London), Bridie Bourke (Clogher) and Ann (Milebush), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, partners, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at his home (F23 CT11) on Friday evening from 5 o’clock until 7.30.

Removal on Saturday morning at 10.30 to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar for Funeral Mass at 11.30.

Burial afterwards in Castlebar New Cemetery.
