Queen of Peace Nursing Home, Knock, Co. Mayo and formerly of Spencer Street, Castlebar – peacefully, at Mayo University Hospital, on Saturday 10th January, 2026,
Predeceased by his parents Julia (née O’Donnell) and Micheal Dolan, and his sisters Christina and Mary.
Neil will be sadly missed and remembered by his sisters Ann, Breege, Bernie and Sheila, his brother Micheal, his nephews Jason, Gary and Fergy and nieces Áine, Olivia, Julia and Mary, his loyal and caring friends Liam, Austin, Pat, Heuy, Padraig and Jodi as well as Siobhan and the other wonderful staff of the Queen of Peace Nursing Home.

Neil will repose at Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar, (F23 FD90) from 6.30 until 8 o’clock on Monday 12th January.
The funeral will arrive at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar on Tuesday, 13th January at 11.15 for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, after which Neil will be laid to rest in Castlebar New Cemetery.
