Curry, Castlebar, Co. Mayo and formerly of Lisdaly, Belmont, Co. Offaly – peacefully in the Sonas Nursing Home, Knock, Co. Mayo on 25th February 2026.
Predeceased by her husband Gerry, her parents Ellen (née Doyle) and Patrick Callaghan and her brothers Tom and Pat.
She will be sadly missed by her children Patrick, Michael and Anne, her sister Elizabeth Grimes (Noel) Killarney, her sisters-in-law Betty Solan and Greta (Tom) Callaghan, her brother-in-law Dudley Solan, her godchild Patricia and her nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dhílis

Mary will repose at the Mortuary at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar on Sunday, 1st March from 4.30pm with removal at 6.00pm to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.
Funeral Mass on Monday, 2nd March at 11.00am with the funeral proceeding to High Street Cemetery, Belmont, Co. Offaly, arriving for prayers and blessing at 3.00pm.
The Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on www.churchtv.ie/castlebar or it can be listened to in Castlebar on the Castlebar Parish Radio 105.3fm.
