109 McHale Road, Castlebar and formerly of Michael Davitt Park and James Street, Westport - peacefully at Mayo University Hospital on 13th September 2022.

Martin LawrencePredeceased by his loving wife Annie Kate (née Collins) and his son Bernard.

He will be sadly missed by his sons Michael, John, Martin and Willie, his daughters Ellen, Bridget, Annie, Teresa, Margaret, Maureen, Sharon and Lisa, his daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brothers Josie (Castlebar) and Willie (Ballina), his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, relatives and many friends.

Martin was a talented tin-smith and his work was much admired all over the west of Ireland. He was a great story-teller and entertained with his stories of bygone days. He was well respected by all his family, neighbours and many friends. He was a well known figure on McHale Road walking his dog.

May he rest in peace.

Martin will repose in Kilcoyne's Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar on Friday, 16th September from 4.00pm with removal at 6.00pm to St. Mary's Church, Westport arriving at 7.00pm.

Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12.30pm.

Afterwards Martin will be laid to rest with his beloved wife Annie Kate in Lisheen Cemetery, Ballina (via McHale Road, Castlebar).
